Hello. We are the father and son realtor team of Mike and Darrin Williams. We have the background and specific knowledge of the Allen/Lucas/Fairview area needed to deliver outstanding service to both buyers and sellers.

Mike has been an Allen resident since 1975. From 1978 to 1985 he owned and operated the Allen Eagles Sports Center. Mike has 18 years of real estate sales experience. Darrin joined the team six years ago after obtaining is BS from the University of North Texas. Both focus on serving the Allen/Fairview/Lucas communities. And both men are members of the Allen Chamber of Commerce. Mike is a Paul Harris Fellow and Past President of the Allen Rotary Club. He also served as Chairman of the Allen Main Street Study Committee, has been a member of the Lion’s Club, and is active with the Allen Community Outreach service organization.

In 2001, we founded Allen Properties Online. Our goal is to offer prospective buyers the kind of online information about properties they need to learn about the Allen/Fairview/Lucas area and to more quickly identify the properties they may wish to visit.
